Fall fun.....

The boys picked out elaborate pumpkin designs that "they" wanted to carve.  1.5 hours later, mom and dad finish!  Dennis tried to carve the SF Giants logo, but quickly botched it, and was on to the standard scary pumpkin face.  I carved a scary bat that Logan had to have.

Logan insisted I order an expensive Deluxe Darth Maul costume, and Conner went with the $15 option instead of a new costume that Dennis offered.   So Conner decided to be a a Giants player with pieces we had.  Once Accessory-loving Logan saw the cool eye black tattoos Conner got to wore, he was done.  He HAD to be a "Giants Fan".  Aka - shorts and a Giants World Series  Champions t-shirt.  Um, not happening.  so I scrapped together (night before) a Giants costume and he's a happy camper!

Super fun Halloween, and today, not such a fun Sugar Hangover!

First Day of School!

I've been on a blog hiatus, but I'm going to make a huge effort to be back!  Conner started 2nd last month, and Logan started Kinder.  Oh where does the time go!?

Logan couldn't love it more.  He's our social butterfly.  Mr.Popular.  No lack of confidence with this kid.  Loves his buddies, and wants to be around them all the time.

Conner likes 2nd grade, but is a little jealous that Logan still gets play dates.  He gets out at 11am a few days a week, so why not?  Conner loves PE and recess.  Oh, did I forget snack time!  He's great at Math, just like his pops.  He also loves hanging with his friends and always wants to have fun!

BOO

I definitely took one for the team this Halloween.  Between a friends peer pressure, and the boys really wanting me to dress up, I did!  What a lame-o I look like, and no one told me that night.  Awesome.  But we had tons of fun.  The boys are really into Star Wars, so they knew what they wanted to be months before the big night.  Conner sprinted from house to house with his pals, and Logan and I tried our best to keep up with big bro.  They are already talking about what they want to be for next Halloween.  Nothing like planning early.......

 

 

 

T-Ball Time!

Logan turns 4!

Yahooo, I'm only just over 2 months late on this one!  Our little Logie-bear turned 4 in March.  Hard to believe my baby is not a baby anymore......sigh.  This kid is a crack up.  He is currently obsessed with video games (never buying them), computer games, and tv.  He asks about a average of 50 times per day if he can watch "the hub".  It's a station that is full of Transformer, and Batman type shows.  So not appropriate for a barely 4 year old.  He is our superhero junkie.  Loves "bad guys", Star Wars, and any cartoon that he shouldn't be watching. 

He also does love school, and playing with/rough-housing with Conner.  He doesn't listen at all, but makes up for it by telling us that he loves us all the time.  He is a smart cookie, and knows how to win us over!

Conner turns 6!

Yeah, he turned 6 on January 3rd, so what if I'm a few months late on this birthday update.  I'm so lame!  I'm going to try to post more often, because so much fun and exciting stuff is happening with these two crazy boys.  I really need to keep writing, because I know I know my short term memory, and I'll forget everything.

It's hard to believe he only has 1 month left of Kindergarten.......where did the time go!?  He is currently finishing up t-ball, which he LOVES, and his first year of swim team is kicking into high gear.  The littel man jumped in the water with a top notch dog paddle, and with only a few weeks in, he is already starting to swim freestyle. 

He is so much fun, so full of ENERGY, and such a smart little guy.   Happy Birthday (okay, almost half-birthday) to my little buddy!!
